John has been at the current facility since 1969 and has 49 years experience in the automotive repair industry.  He has always stayed active in the industry.  In the 1970’s he served in the Illinois Autobody Association as well as serving as a delegate for Illinois in the Central States Autobody Association.  He is currently a member of the Rock River Autobody Association, has served as President in the past and has maintained his membership since the association’s inception in 1984.

John has been a member of the Dixon Elks Lodge 779 since 1971 along with maintaining membership in the Knights of Columbus.  He is also involved with the morning Kiwanis Club where he has served on the board in various capacities including president.  He is a lifetime member of St. Patrick’s Church of Dixon, Illinois where he has served on the Finance Committee and many other committees for the church.

John is accountable for estimating within the company as well as handling the responsibility for all purchases and handling of parts, sublet and materials.  He determines the flow of traffic in the shop thus enabling the delivery of all vehicles in a timely manner.  Along with Nancy, he regularly evaluates each facet of the business and together they strive to continuously move the company forward and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
 

Nancy has been in the automotive repair industry since 1993 when she joined her husband in the family business.  Along with being a member of the Rotary where she has served as President, Nancy serves on the Mayor’s Economic Industrial Commission, the Mayor’s Tollway Commission as well as on the board of Sauk Valley Community College.  She also is active in St. Patrick’s Church with her husband and children.  Nancy has her Bachelor’s degree from National Louis University.

Nancy is responsible for all administrative and financial activities of the company along with overseeing operations and personnel.  She works with John to establish and closely monitor business goals and the budget.  It is her duty, along with her husband, to systematically assess each component of the business thus aiding in the ability of the company to constantly move forward.  This approach also ensures customer satisfaction at all times.
